Phoenix Area Crime Statistics
We frequently get questions on crime in local areas. As licensed real estate agents, we are not legally allowed to give our opinions on an area’s crime rate. But we can (and do) provide ways for our clients to get this type of information.
One of the best ways to understand the crime rate in an area is to call the local police station. They can be very helpful in providing detailed information. We highly recommend doing this. And this may sound silly, but PLEASE don’t call 911 to get this information. Call the local police department directly.
