City of Phoenix Zoning Code FAQ
One problem when looking at listing information is that not every listing agent uses the correct zoning codes. There are countless variations used, some "official", most not. Please, DO NOT RELY on zoning codes in a listing. The only way to know for sure is to check tax records and/or contact a title company (both of which we’ll do for you, free).
