Located Northwest of Phoenix on US60, Wittmann Arizona is a tiny little town in the middle of a real estate explosion.  Just a couple of years ago, Wittmann (or Wittman, or Whitman depending on what map you're looking at) was nothing more than a few large farms in the middle of nowhere. But given that it lies along the Nortwest growth corridor, Wittman is rapidly becoming one of the fastest growing communities in the Phoenix area. Real estate values are climbing, but there are still some incredible buys in the area. Wittman is one of the few areas close to town where land is still available, and generally speaking, existing homes are on large (acre +) lots.

Wittmann isn't always easy to locate on a map. If you search on-line, you may need to try all the variations of spellings--Wittman, Wittmann, Whitman and Whitmann are all ones I've seen. Most "official" places I've found spell it Wittmann, but I've seen all variations, even on legal documents such as titles and deeds.
