Tax Differal via 1031 Exchanges

*Anyone* buying or selling rental & investment property needs to know this stuff (or have a real estate agent that does). It really isn't as complicated as it sounds. (Leave it to the government to overly complicate the tax codes...). 

This 1031 Exchange Manual is a nice piece written by a company in Colorado. Some of it is Colorado specific, but 99% of it applies to anywhere.
