Golf course communities abound in the Phoenix area. If you are interested in seeing golf course homes, we can set you up to receive new listings as they come on the market. We can search for homes on "Golf Course Lots" or "Golf Course Subdivisions". A golf course lot home means you'll have a fairway (or green or tee box) in your back yard. A home listed as being in a golf course subdivision will be off the course, but within a subdivision that contains it's own golf course. (Typically with special playing privileges for residents.)
If you're interested in receiving these listings automatically via email, just complete our automatic listing request and we'll get you set up (be sure to check the golf course lot and/or golf course subdivision boxes). Of course there is never a cost or obligation for this service!
The advantages of living on a golf course or in a golf course subdivision are numerous, and probably don't need to be explained here. The only disadvantage I can think of is insurance rates for golf course homes are *slightly* higher to allow for people like me who may put the occasional golf ball through your kitchen window!
