Now you may be asking yourself this question; "Why are a couple of real estate agents giving me information and material to help me sell my own home? What's in it for them?"

Excellent questions! We help "FSBO"s (For Sale By Owners) for a couple of reasons...

1. Studies show that the majority of people who try to sell their own home eventually solicit the services of a real estate agent. We sincerely hope that YOU are NOT one of those people. But if you do decide to use a real estate agent, we hope you'll consider using us. Think about it. If we are willing to help you sell your own home, how much effort will we put into selling your home for you? A lot. A whole lot.
2. You should use a Guest Register when you sell your home. You'll probably need to contact people who have viewed your home. Using our Guest Register makes that easy. All we ask is the opportunity to contact the people who've signed your register. Why? Because anyone viewing your home is interested in buying a house. We just want to contact them one time to see if we can help them.
3. Another thing we ask for helping you is that if you know someone interested in buying or selling property to please give them our name.
4. The last reason we want to help you sell your home is that it's the nice thing to do. We understand real estate, and we like to pass that knowledge on. Hopefully you'll remember us if you ever need an agent to buy or sell a home.
