The various Circle G Ranch communities across the Valley include some of finest homes in the Phoenix area. Most Circle G homes are custom built on large lots. Many are equestrian properties, and Circle G has even developed a private Air Park.
Every Circle G community is different; yet demanding building covenants ensure that each community maintains what their residents have come to expect--a unique community that offers a unique living experience.
Although mmany of the homes in Circle G are "high end" custom homes, there are many homes in Circle G that are surprisingly affordable. As of October 1, 2006, there were 60 active listings in Circle G neighborhoods. They range in price from $229,900 to $8.5 million.
