The Casa Grande / Florence / Eloy "triangle" is located south and slightly east of the Phoenix metro area. It lies along Interstate I-10 at the I-10/I-8 junction and is almost exactly half-way between Phoenix and Tucson, abou t 30 miles south of Chandler. (I-8 leads to San Diego).

The area is *exploding*. Real estate is still quite inexpensive when compared to both Phoenix and Tucson and the commute really isn't bad. Whatever interests you, single-family homes, land, or investment property can be found in the triangle.
